Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 60 g rolled oats
- 2 tsp Ckrushed Strawberry Powder
- 1 tsp Ckrushed Raspberry Powder
- 200 ml plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Preparation:
- Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, strawberry powder, and raspberry powder in a glass.
- Add plant-based milk, yogurt, and honey, and stir well.
- Cover the glass and let it soak in the refrigerator overnight (at least 6 hours).
