Ripe fruits are flash-frozen and then gently dried in a vacuum. The water transitions directly from a frozen state into vapor, without high heat. This way, color, aroma, and a large portion of the natural nutrients are preserved significantly better than with conventional hot-air drying.

In spray drying, fruit juice is atomized in hot air. This often requires carriers like maltodextrin. Freeze-dried powder is produced without high heat, and Ckrushed requires no carriers at all. You can see the difference in the ingredients list.

No. There is no added sugar, no sweeteners, flavorings, colorings, or carrier substances. It contains only the natural fructose of the respective fruit.

Depending on the variety, there are 4 to 8 kg of fresh fruit in 100 g of Ckrushed. Freeze-drying removes almost nothing but the water, which is why the powder is so concentrated in flavor.

Since our powders consist only of fruit, they are generally suitable for the whole family. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, or if you have any health-related questions, please consult your doctor beforehand.

Yes. It is best to stir it until smooth with a little liquid first and then top it up. It is quickest in a shaker or blender. Fruit fibers may settle, so give it a quick stir before drinking.

Yes. The color and flavor remain intact even when baking. However, heat-sensitive vitamins like vitamin C will decrease. For most nutrients, it is best to add the powder cold, for example to a topping or frosting.

Sure! Combine flavors to your taste, for example mango + pineapple for a tropical smoothie or blueberry + acai for a berry bowl.

Freeze-dried fruit powder has a very long shelf life. The exact best-before date is printed on every package. Once opened, seal well and consume promptly.

Store the powder in a cool, dry place away from light in a well-sealed bag. We do not recommend the refrigerator, as condensation can form when opened.

Freeze-dried powder absorbs moisture from the air. Clumping is therefore normal and not a quality defect; simply crush with a spoon. If the powder smells or looks unusual, please do not use it anymore.
